Are there any changes to the Return Policy due to COVID-19?
Yes. As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we’re taking action to better serve you and our associates. We’ve temporarily updated our Return Policy, effective immediately.
1- Boxed items must be in original condition. We will not accept returns on any opened products or any item after March 20, 2020.
2- Returns are only valid within 24 hours of delivery.
3- You must present a valid receipt.
4-All items will now be considered a final sale if purchased after March 20, 2020.
None Refundable Items:
- All open container foods sold by kg - Cakes - Nuts and etc.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card
Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you mail them back to us. If you return items purchased via PayPal in-store, we’ll exchange them or issue you a merchandise credit.
How to Mail Back an Online Return:
The client would have to pay for the shipping slip for the returned item.
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
Within 30 minutes of your purchase, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to cancel your order.
